There have been devastating highs and devastating lows, but throughout it all, you have been constant in your optimism, support and loving care for us and our wonderful donors. We wanted to thank you for all of your help and guidance. From the first time we sat down to speak with you, we knew we had made the right decision. With three failed IVF cycles in four years and an impending surgery, we had some apprehension about beginning a new process, particularly one with complicated emotional and financial elements. However, you made us completely at ease with your warmth and professionalism. When we left your office, we were not only relieved by also elated, confident we were on the right path.
Also, we can’t thank you enough for bringing our surrogate to us. Thank you for recommending her and for going out of your way to retain her for us. You were, of course, absolutely right…she is a lovely woman and we are thrilled to have her as our Surrogate.
