The Surrogacy Program estimates the approximate total cost for a singleton birth with a surrogate. All medical expenses are separate.

The cost estimate includes surrogate’s compensation, IVF transfer fee, cycling allowance, pregnancy allowance, surrogate’s attorney fee, maternity clothing allowance, retainer fee (includes psychological, legal and administrative fees), court filing fees, maternity costs of the OB/GYN, the costs for delivery and hospital stay, the stepparent adoption/parentage establishment fee, insurance and reserve for unforeseen additional costs.

We are a full service program and aim to provide every resource that you will need to facilitate the process. In the event that the pregnancy requires additional resources, we will refer you to our network of outside professionals, who can further help you in your journey.

If a viable pregnancy is not achieved, the approximate cost to the recipient is $16,000.

Fees due by parents are collected and kept in an escrow account before the pregnancy begins. A monthly accounting is provided for each escrow account.

Please note that prior to the consultation, we must have a completed Recipient Application Form and a photo of the recipients.
